Spaghetti And Meat Rolls
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)|
|Soft bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Italian dinner mix with spaghetti||8 Ounce|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon (Fresh / Frozen)|
|Chopped celery||2 Tablespoon|
|Packed brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
In bowl combine egg, 1/4 cup onion, soft bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
Add ground beef; mix well.
Shape into 2 rolls about 6 inches long.
Place in 10x6x2 inch baking dish.
Combine tomato sauce, water, sauce mix from Italian dinner, 2 tablespoons onion, celery, brown sugar, and vinegar; pour over meat rolls.
Cover; refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Â° for 1 1/4 hours, spooning sauce over meat occasionally.
Just before serving, cook spaghetti from dinner mix according to package directions; drain.
Turn spaghetti onto serving platter; arrange meat atop and pass sauce.
