Spaghetti And Meat Rolls is the favorite of the kids at home and I prepare this when a picnic is on. The flavors of egg, spaghetti and meat just add to the taste of this dish. Give this yummy and rich Spaghetti And Meat Rolls a try.
Ingredients
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)
  Soft bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Italian dinner mix with spaghetti 8 Ounce
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon (Fresh / Frozen)
  Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Advance preparation:
In bowl combine egg, 1/4 cup onion, soft bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
Add ground beef; mix well.
Shape into 2 rolls about 6 inches long.
Place in 10x6x2 inch baking dish.
Combine tomato sauce, water, sauce mix from Italian dinner, 2 tablespoons onion, celery, brown sugar, and vinegar; pour over meat rolls.
Cover; refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Before serving:
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 1/4 hours, spooning sauce over meat occasionally.
Just before serving, cook spaghetti from dinner mix according to package directions; drain.
Turn spaghetti onto serving platter; arrange meat atop and pass sauce.
Makes 4 servings.
