Spaghetti Alla Carbonara
|Bacon||4 Ounce, chopped|
|Spaghetti||1 Pound (Cooked And Drained)|
|White wine||2 Ounce|
|Parmesan cheese||2 Ounce, grated|
|Romano cheese||2 Ounce, grated|
|Peppercorns||1 Tablespoon, crushed|
Heat the butter and oil in a large pot and cook the bacon for 5 minutes.
Add cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper, and toss.
In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with the wine, cheeses and nutmeg.
Take the pasta off the heat and pour in the egg mixture, then toss for a few minutes.
Place on a heated platter, top with crushed peppercorns, and serve.
