  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Bacon 4 Ounce, chopped
  Spaghetti 1 Pound (Cooked And Drained)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Eggs 2
  White wine 2 Ounce
  Parmesan cheese 2 Ounce, grated
  Romano cheese 2 Ounce, grated
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Peppercorns 1 Tablespoon, crushed

Heat the butter and oil in a large pot and cook the bacon for 5 minutes.
Add cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper, and toss.
In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with the wine, cheeses and nutmeg.
Take the pasta off the heat and pour in the egg mixture, then toss for a few minutes.
Place on a heated platter, top with crushed peppercorns, and serve.
