Chicken Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped celery 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans Of 8 Ounce Each)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Port wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cubed cooked chicken breast 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
Stir in the onion, garlic, celery, and parsley; cook until onion is lightly browned.
Stir in the tomato sauce, water, wine, salt, and pepper; simmer, uncovered, about 1 1/4 hours, or until of desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
Mix in desired amount of chicken; heat thoroughly.
