Chicken Spaghetti Sauce
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chopped celery||1 Tablespoon|
|Snipped parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Canned tomato sauce||16 Ounce (2 Cans Of 8 Ounce Each)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Port wine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cubed cooked chicken breast||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
Stir in the onion, garlic, celery, and parsley; cook until onion is lightly browned.
Stir in the tomato sauce, water, wine, salt, and pepper; simmer, uncovered, about 1 1/4 hours, or until of desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
Mix in desired amount of chicken; heat thoroughly.
