Savory Spaghetti Cake
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Cheese sauce||1⁄2 Pint (About 300 Milliliter Or 1.25 Cup)|
|Cooked spaghetti||1⁄4 Pound (About 100 Grams)|
|Cooked minced beef||1⁄4 Pound (About 100 Grams Or 0.5 Cup)|
1 Preheat the oven to 200Â°C, 400Â°F,gas6.
2 Blend the beaten eggs into the cheese sauce and then mix this with the cooked spaghetti and minced beef.
3 Spread the mixture on a baking tray to give a depth of about 2 cm (1 in).
4 Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
5 Cut into wedges and serve.
Tip: If the cake is not required immediately, allow the mixture to cool, then cut it into circles using a pastry cutter.
Keep the circles in the refrigerator and when required, shallow fry in hot fat until heated through.
