Ingredients
  Oil 2 Fluid Ounce (About 50 Milliliter Or 1/4 Cup)
  Onion 1 , shredded
  Cooked lean pork 1⁄2 Pound, cut in strips (About 225 Grams)
  Red pepper 1 , cut in strips
  Green pepper 1 , cut in strips
  Bean shoots 1⁄2 Pound (About 225 Grams)
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon (About 15 Milliliter)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon (About 15 Milliliter)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon (About 2.5 Milliliter)
  Cooked spaghetti 1⁄2 Pound (About 225 Grams)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
Add the pork, peppers and bean shoots and cook for 6 minutes.
2 Add the soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and seasoning.
3 Add the cooked spaghetti and stir-fry until hot.
