Chili Spaghetti Dinner For Two
|Bulk pork sausage||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Canned red kidney beans||8 Ounce, drained (Use 1 Can)|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Broken spaghetti||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In saucepan cook sausage, onion, and carrot till meat is browned.
Drain off fat.
Stir in tomato juice, kidney beans, salt, chili powder, and pepper.
Place uncooked spaghetti in a 1-quart casserole; stir in meat mixture.
Bake, uncovered, in 375Â° oven for 55 to 60 minutes or till spaghetti is tender, stirring twice.
