Quick Spaghetti And Meatballs
|Canned tomatoes||32 Ounce|
|Canned tomato paste||6 Ounce|
|Dry red wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Dried oregano||1 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Frozen oven-baked meatballs||24|
|Cooked spaghetti||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
In Dutch oven combine the undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, wine, onion, green pepper, garlic, sugar, salt, oregano, chili powder.
Stir in cup water and bring to boiling.
Stir in frozen cooked meatballs.
(If using meatballs from microwave cooking directions, be sure to micro-cook before adding to tomato mixture,-)' Simmer, uncovered, till,heated through and of desired consistency, about 30.minutes.
Serve meatballs and.tomato sauce over spaghetti; pass the Parmesan cheese.
