Healthy Spaghetti

This home cooked spaghetti meal provides low fat and low calories. In this video, Katrina shows us the simplest method of cooking this dish.
Ingredients
  99% fat free ground turkey breast 1 Pound
  Fresh basil 4 Tablespoon, shreded into smaller pieces
  Tomatoes 1 , sliced
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Portabella mushrooms 5 Ounce, sliced
  Pasta sauce 10 Ounce (Prego)
  Whole wheat pasta 10 Ounce
Directions

Cook pasta until tender. Cook the ground turkey on a separate skillet. When the meat is cooked, add the veggies, spices and sauce. Heat the sauce to desired temperature. Serve sauce over 1-2 cups of pasta.
