Spaghetti With Clam Sauce

Ingredients
  Spaghetti 1⁄2 Pound, cooked
  Salt To Taste
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned minced clams 2 Small
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
Directions

Cook spaghetti in 4 quarts boiling salted water until tender, stirring often; drain.
Heat olive oil in heavy skillet over low heat.
Add garlic; brown slightly.
Add 1/3 teaspoon salt, pepper, clams and 2 cups water; cook for 15 minutes.
Add parsley; cook for 5 minutes longer.
Place spaghetti in deep bowl.
Pour sauce over spaghetti.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Add additional Parmesan cheese to individual servings, if de- sired.
