Spaghetti And Meatballs
|Tomato puree||2 1⁄2 Can (25 oz)|
|Garlic salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground beef chuck||1 Pound|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated romano cheese||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Brown sausage in large saucepan; do not drain off fat.
Add puree, 2 puree cans water, garlic salt, basil, parsley and salt.
Bring to a boil; simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.
Add Meatballs to sauce; simmer for 1 hour.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
Serve with Meatballs and sauce; sprinkle with additional grated cheese.
