Spaghetti Alla Carbonara With Pancetta
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Pancetta slices||3 (Thickly Sliced Bacon)|
|Chopped green onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Parmesan cheese||60 Milligram|
|Pepper||5 Milligram (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
Cook spaghetti for 10 minutes in salted boiling water.
While the pasta cooks, add garlic clove to a large skillet over medium heat.
Add Pancetta bacon and green onion to the skillet.
As soon as the bacon turns crisp, remove the garlic and set the pan aside.
Whisk egg yolk and cream in a bowl.
Add parmesan cheese and pepper to the yolk.
Mix well and make a nice smooth mixture.
Strain pasta (keep it hot), add to the skillet mixture with bacon and finally add egg-cheese mixture.
Mix them well.
Serve immediately with parsley topping.
