Spaghetti With Chicken And Dolcelatte

Ingredients
  Spaghetti 8 Ounce (250 g, Quick cook)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked chicken 10 Ounce, diced (300 g)
  Dolcelatte cheese 3 Ounce, diced (75 g)
  Half fat creme fraiche 200 Milliliter (tub)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, freshly chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Pine nuts 1 Ounce, lightly toasted (25 g)
Directions

MAKING
1. Cook spaghetti as per pack instructions.
2. In a pan heat oil. Add onions and cook for 1 minutes. Stir.
3. Mix chicken, lemon juice, dolcelatte, creme fraiche and parsley.
4. Add seasonings as per taste.
5. Mix till the sauce bubbles and cheese melts.
6. Add the drained cooked spaghetti while stirring.

FINALIZING
7. Mix well and transfer in a warm dish.
8. Sprinkle pine nut kernels and parsley.

SERVING
9. Serve Spaghetti with Chicken and Dolcelatte immediately with fresh green salad.
