|Hot cooked spaghetti||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan||1 Tablespoon|

|Ground beef mix||3 Cup (48 tbs), thawed|
|Cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
|Sliced mushrooms||8 Ounce, undrained (2 Can, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Commercial sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Combine all the ingredients except the spaghetti and cheese, in a large saucepan and place on boil
2. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes
3. Serve sauce over hot cooked spaghetti; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Prepare the beef mix by combining onion, garlic and celery and saute till done. Reduce heat and simmer again for 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and cook again for 5 minutes.
