Classic Tomato Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Celery 1 , chopped
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Zucchini 1⁄2 , grated
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oregano To Taste
  Basil To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Garlic salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a frying pan, pour in the oil and saute the garlic, onion, celery, carrot and zucchini till soft
2) Then add in the tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato sauce and allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 hours on low heat

SERVING
3) Serve the spaghetti sauce over some spaghetti with the feta cheese crumbled atop
