Hurry Up Spaghetti

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Basil leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Spaghetti 12 Ounce, cooked (1 Package)
  Cheese 4 Ounce
For hamburger sauce mix
  Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Onions 2 Large, chopped to make 3 cups
  Tomato paste 12 Ounce (2 Containers Of 6 Ounce Each)
  Water 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1) Cook beef and onions until meat browns.
2) Pour off fat.
3) Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
4) Take out 1 pt. sauce mix and store the remaining in pint jar in refrigerator until used.

MAKING
5) Combine Hamburger Sauce Mix, tomato juice, herbs and salt.
6) Stick a toothpick through garlic cloves; add to mixture.
7) Boil the mixtureand simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
8) Remove garlic.
9) Drain the spaghetti and in a serving dish, place it.
10) Pour sauce mixture over spaghetti.

SERVING
11) Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese or other hard cheese over spaghetti and serve immediately.
