Spaghetti With Meat Sauce And Beef
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Condensed tomato soup||21 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 3/4 Ounces Each)|
|Water||60 Milliliter (1/2 Soup Can)|
|Thyme leaf||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Cooked thin spaghetti||12 Ounce|
1) In a skillet, saute the ground beef, garlic and onion, until browned.
2) Stir in the tomato soup, water, salt, bay leaf, pepper and thyme.
3) Simmer over a low heat for about 30 minutes; stirring occasionally.
4) Spoon the meat sauce over spaghetti, sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
