Spaghetti Chili

Ingredients
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped
  Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Tomatoes 28 Ounce, mashed
  Condensed tomato soup 10 Ounce
  Tomato paste 11 Ounce
  Worcestershire sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Spaghetti 1 Pound
  Water 4 Quart (boiling)
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon (optional)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated medium
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderate to 350°F (180°C).

MAKING
2) In a saucepan add first 4 ingredients in batches and stir fry till brown.
3) Add the next 8 ingredients into large pot.
4) Stir the meat mixture into it.
5) Cook over simmering heat for 5 minutes.
6) In an uncovered Dutch oven boil water. Cook spaghetti, second amounts of cooking oil and salt in it for about 11 to 13 minutes.
7) Drain out spaghetti from water.
8) Combine it with meat.
9) Transfer into small roaster or extra large casserole.
10) Sprinkle cheese generously over it.
11) Heat in oven uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes. Cover if heating longer.

SERVING
12) Serve hot.
