Meat Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
  Minced onions 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Using 6 Medium Ones)
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), minced
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground pork 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Canned tomatoes 7 Pound (14 Cups Or Four Cans 1-Pound, 12-Ounce Each)
  Chopped parsley 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tomato puree 31 Ounce (2 Cans, 15 1/2 Ounces Each)
  Green peppers 3 , chopped
  Dried thyme 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 3 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pot, add onion and garlic to hot oil and cook till golden.
2) Add the meat and keep stirring till the meat breaks up and turns lightly brown.
3) Add the remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered.
4) Stirring frequently, continue cooking for about 4 hours till the sauce turns thick.

SERVING
5) Serve hot on a bed of boiled spaghetti.

TIPS
Keep refrigerated or frozen in plastic containers until ready to use.
