Ingredients
  Hoop cheese 14 Ounce (at room temperature)
  Low fat plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Ounce
  Carrot 2 Ounce, coarsely shredded to make 1/2 loose cup
  Pickling cucumber 2 Ounce, coarsely shredded
  Red radishes 2 Ounce, coarsely grated
  Red bell pepper 1⁄4 Medium, coarsely grated
  Scallions 2 Medium, trimmed and cut lengthwise into 2 inch slivers
  Chopped fresh italian parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh chives 2 Tablespoon
  Pasta 1 Pound, cooked, drained
Directions

In a mixing bowl, toss all the ingredients thoroughly with cooked pasta.
Serve immediately.
