Vegetarian Spaghetti

Ingredients
  Water 4 Quart
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Spaghetti 1 Pound
  Marinara sauce 6 Cup (96 tbs), heated to serving temperature
  Marinara sauce 6 Cup (96 tbs), heated
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), freshly grated
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted (Low Sodium)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large saucepan or soup kettle, bring the water to a boil.
2) To this, add the garlic powder, lemon juice and olive oil. Boil for 5 minutes.
3) Gradually, add the spaghetti.
4) Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente (or firm to bite and not too soft).
5) Drain well.
6) With the Marinara sauce, toss well.

FINALIZING
7) In a small bowl, combine the cheese.
8) Over each serving, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of this mixture.

SERVING
9) Transfer to a serving platter and serve fresh.
