Rich Spaghetti With Herbed Cheese

Ingredients
  Ricotta cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), ground
  Fresh basil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Kelp powder 1 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat spaghetti 3⁄4 Pound
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium bowl, blend the ricotta cheese with garlic
2. In a blender, process the walnuts and mix to the ricotta along with herbs, cheese and kelp power
3. In a large kettle, boil water and cook the pasta tillfirm tender; cook peas in a little water simultaneously till just tender
4. Drain both and toss them with herbed cheese

SERVING
5. Serve hot
