Louise's Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
  Fresh tomatoes 7 , peeled and crushed
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green peppers 2 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can, Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, combine all the ingredients, cover, and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

SERVING
2) Serve over cooked spaghetti or pasta.

TIPS
If the sauce is too watery then stir in a 6-oz. can of tomato paste during the last hour of cooking.
