Spaghetti With Meat Sauce

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut up
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Burgundy wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano leaves 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Bay leaf 1
  Cooked spaghetti 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a 4-quart casserole, crumble beef and add onion.
2. Cook on High for 4 minutes; stir twice.
3. Add rest of the ingredients except spaghetti and cheese.
4. Cover the dish.
5. Cook on High for 5 minutes and then stir.
6. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring once in between.

SERVING
7. Pour over spaghetti and serve.
