Pork Chops and Spaghetti Neapolitan
|Canned italian tomatoes||28 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Sweet basil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lean pork chops||1 1⁄2 Pound (4 Pieces)|
|Fine spaghetti||8 Ounce|
Put all ingredients except chops and spaghetti in large saucepan.
Bring to boil and simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Trim meat from chops, leaving it in large pieces.
Brown on all sides in skillet.
Add meat and drippings to sauce, and simmer for 1 hour longer.
Cook and drain spaghetti.
Put on hot platter and cover with pork and sauce.
