Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
  Cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green bell pepper 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped celery 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Canned stewed tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained and chopped (1 Can)
  Canned no salt added chicken broth 14 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato paste with basil, garlic, and oregano 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sliced ripe olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dried italian seasoning 2 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese 16 Ounce, divided (Two 8 Ounce Cups)
  Hot cooked spaghetti 4 Cup (64 tbs), cooked without salt or fat (About 8 Ounces Uncooked Pasta)
  Chopped cooked chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Light And Dark Meat)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms and next 4 ingredients; saute 8 minutes or until tender. Add tomatoes and next 7 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and sim mer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Add 1 cup cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Combine tomato mix ture, spaghetti, and chicken; stir well. Spoon into a 3-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle remaining cheese over casserole. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
