Speedy Spaghetti

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Italian spaghetti 2 Can (20 oz) (Franco American)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Saute onion, pepper, celery and garlic in olive oil until golden.
Add ground beef.
Stir and cook on medium heat until meat loses its red color (ten or fifteen minutes)
Add to this the canned spaghetti and tomato sauce.
Stir gently with a fork to mix; heat thoroughly.
Serve with French bread, tossed salad, beverage.
For dessert -pineapple sherbert with Swedish butter cookies.
