Spaghetti with Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
  Sweet butter 1 Ounce
  Peeled shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, chopped in small pieces
  Capers 1 Ounce
  Chopped shallots 4
  Brandy 2 Ounce
  Heavy cream 1 Pint
  Ground pear tomato 4 Ounce
  Spaghetti 1 Pound, cooked "al dente" (Round Variety)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, saute the shrimp, capers, butter and shallot.
2) Just before the butters browns, add the brandy and flame.
3) Add the tomatoes and heavy cream.
4) Allow the sauce to slowly reduce till it reaches a creamy consistency.
5) Drain the spaghetti and add it to the sauce. Toss the ingredients.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
