Savory Beef And Spaghetti

Ingredients
  Round steak 1 Pound, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned chopped broiled mushrooms 6 Ounce (2 Cans Of 3 Ounce Each Or 1 1/3 Cups)
  Condensed tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 8 Drop
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Spaghetti 7 Ounce, cooked and drained
  Shredded parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Dip beef cubes in flour; brown in hot fat.
Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms with liquid.
Combine soup and seasonings; pour over meat.
Cover; simmer till tender, about 1 1/4 hours.
Stir in sour cream; heat through (do not boil).
Serve over hot spaghetti.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
