Spicy Shrimp and Spaghetti Bake
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||24 Ounce (3 Cans Of 8 Ounce Each)|
|Canned whole tomatoes||16 Ounce, chopped and drained (1 Can)|
|Medium shrimp||1 Pound, shelled and cleaned|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Crushed red pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Spaghetti||8 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Set Power Select at HIGH.
In 3-quart casserole dish, combine green pepper, onion and butter; heat, covered, 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes, shrimp, Worcestershire sauce, salt and red pepper.
Heat, covered, 3 minutes at HIGH.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM.
Heat, covered, 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp is almost done.
Stir in spaghetti and 1/2 cup cheese; combine thoroughly.
Top with remaining cheese.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM-HIGH.
Heat, uncovered, 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through.
