Spaghetti With Meat Sauce
|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry red wine||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried basil||1 Dash|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed (large clove)|
|Mushrooms||4 , thinly sliced|
|Hot cooked spaghetti||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Crumble ground beef into 4-cup measure.
Cover loosely and microwave on high (100%) until very little pink remains, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes; break up and drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti.
Cover loosely and microwave 2 minutes; stir.
Cover loosely and microwave until bubbly and mushrooms are tender, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes longer.
Pour over hot spaghetti.
