Turkey And Spaghetti Casserole
|Tomato puree||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, seeded and diced|
|Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix||1 Ounce (1 Packet)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Mushroom white sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked enriched thin spaghetti||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)|
|Cooked turkey||1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed|
In a medium saucepan combine tomato puree, celery, green pepper, broth mix, garlic, basil, and sweetener, if desired.
Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
In a 2-quart shallow casserole, spread half of the Mushroom White Sauce.
Add half the spaghetti, turkey, and tomato mixture.
Bake at 350°F.
for 30 minutes or until piping hot.
