Quick And Easy Spaghetti And Meatballs

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Italian cooking sauce 40 Ounce (Two 20 Ounce Jar)
  Frozen basic meatballs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (24 Pieces)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked spaghetti 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In 2 1/2- or 3-quart casserole combine onion, green pepper, and water.
Cover and cook at HIGH for 3 minutes.
(Do not drain.) Stir in cooking sauce, frozen meatballs, garlic, sugar, and chili powder.
Cover and cook at MEDIUM HIGH or COOK POWER 7 (70%) for 20 minutes till sauce is hot and meatballs are heated through.
Serve over hot spaghetti.
Pass Parmesan cheese.
