Spaghetti with Meatballs
|Round steak||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Spaghetti||8 Ounce, cooked|
1. Mix the meat, crumbs, butter or margarine, parsley, marjoram and salt. Form into small balls 1 inch in diameter.
2. Saute lightly in the oil. Add the tomato sauce. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes.
3. Arrange the spaghetti on a hot platter. Pour the sauce and meat balls over it.
