Spaghetti With Meat Sauce And Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Green bell pepper 3 Tablespoon, finley chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Canned tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Dry red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped basil/1/4 teaspoon dried basil 2 Teaspoon
  Cooked spaghetti 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

1. Crumble ground beef into 2-quart casserole; add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cover loosely and microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes, breaking up beef and stirring after 3 minutes, until beef is no longer pink; drain.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Cover tightly and microwave 10 to 12 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
3. Pour sauce over hot spaghetti. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
