Pecorino Spaghetti

Ingredients
  Spaghetti 8 Ounce (Use 4 Portions)
  Grated pecorino cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook pasta in plenty of salted, boiling water. Drain cooked spaghetti well, reserving 1/2 cup (125 mL) of cooking liquid.
Place pasta in large saucepan. Add cheese and pepper. Pour in reserved cooking liquid and mix well. Serve immediately.
