Spaghetti Tossed In Hot Olive Oil
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), smashed and chopped|
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cooked spaghetti||8 Ounce (4 portions, hot)|
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and chili powder. Stir and cook 2 minutes over very low heat.
Place hot spaghetti in large bowl Pour in hot oil with garlic and chili and seasoniwell. Toss to evenly coat.
If desired, add julienned vegetables sautzed in oil.
Serve with cheese.
