Cheese Spaghetti And Meatballs
|Lean ground beef||3⁄4 Pound|
|Chopped onion||3 Tablespoon, cooked|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Yellow pepper||1 , diced|
|Spicy tomato sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hot cooked spaghetti||4 Cup (64 tbs) (4 portions)|
|Grated romano cheese/Parmesan cheese||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
Place beef, egg, onion and parsley in bowl. Season with salt and pepper; sprinkle with paprika. Mix until well combined. Shape into meatballs and set aside.
Heat oil in saute pan over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook 6 minutes, browning all sides.
Add yellow pepper and continue cooking 3 minutes.
Pour in tomato sauce, season and stir. Simmer 8 minutes over low heat.
Place hot spaghetti on dinner plates. Divide meatballs between servings and top with sauce.
Serve with grated cheese.
