Cheese Spaghetti And Meatballs

  Lean ground beef 3⁄4 Pound
  Egg 1
  Chopped onion 3 Tablespoon, cooked
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Yellow pepper 1 , diced
  Spicy tomato sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hot cooked spaghetti 4 Cup (64 tbs) (4 portions)
  Grated romano cheese/Parmesan cheese 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste

Place beef, egg, onion and parsley in bowl. Season with salt and pepper; sprinkle with paprika. Mix until well combined. Shape into meatballs and set aside.
Heat oil in saute pan over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook 6 minutes, browning all sides.
Add yellow pepper and continue cooking 3 minutes.
Pour in tomato sauce, season and stir. Simmer 8 minutes over low heat.
Place hot spaghetti on dinner plates. Divide meatballs between servings and top with sauce.
Serve with grated cheese.
