Spaghetti Alla Rughetta
|Spaghetti||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Olive oil||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Chili peppers||2 Small|
|Rocket leaves||4 Ounce (100 Gram)|
Cook the pasta, following the packet directions carefully to avoid overcooking.
While the pasta is cooking heat the oil and gently fry the chopped garlic and chilli pepper.
During the last 5 minutes of the pasta cooking, throw the rocket in with the pasta.
Drain well, and stir in the garlic, chilli and the hot oil
