Savory Spaghetti Casserole
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic clove||1 Medium, minced|
|Shortening||1 Tablespoon (Use if necessary) (Optional)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Condensed tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp process cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked spaghetti||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
In skillet, brown meat and cook onion and green pepper with garlic until tender (use shortening if necessary).
Stir to separate meat.
Add soups, water, 1/2 cup cheese, and spaghetti.
Pour into 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes or until hot; stir.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake until cheese melts.
