Pete's Spaghetti And Meatballs

Ingredients
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Hot grease 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1
  Cheese 1⁄4 Pound (American / Cheddar, Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Soda crackers 6
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato sauce 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tomato paste 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Water 2 Quart
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Spaghetti 16 Ounce (1 Package, Long)
Directions

In food grinder, grind garlic, onion, cheese and crackers.
Mix with meat, eggs, salt and pepper.
Make out into small balls and brown quickly in hot grease.
In large kettle, mix tomato sauce and tomato paste.
Add meatballs and enough water to cover.
Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
In another pan, bring 2 quarts water to boil with the 1 tablespoon salt.
Add the spaghetti and boil 8 minutes only.
Drain immediately.
Remove meatballs from sauce and drop spaghetti into sauce to simmer a few minutes.
