FrankLy Fabulous Spaghetti
|Frankfurters||1 Pound, cut in 1-inch slices|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned tomato sauce||16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sliced stuffed olives||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Thin spaghetti||8 Ounce (Mueller's)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook frankfurters, onion and green pepper in butter until vegetables are tender.
Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin.
Simmer, covered, 20 minutes; stir occasionally.
Add olives; heat.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain.
