Tomato Spaghetti And Meatballs
|Onions||2 , chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomatoes||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crumbled thyme||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Crushed dried red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Meatballs||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Saute onion and garlic until golden in hot oil in large saucepan.
Add tomatoes and bring to boil, Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining sauce ingredients and the browned Meatballs and simmer uncovered for 2 hours longer, stirring occasionally.
Add more seasoning, if desired.
