Northern Italy Spaghetti

Northern Italy Spaghetti is an amazingly delicious main dish recipe. Try this Spaghetti recipe; I am sure you will have a huge fan following for this one!
  Round steak 1 Pound, cut into chunks
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Salad oil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Celery stalks 4 , sliced
  Canned tomato paste 30 Ounce (About Five 6 Ounce Cans)
  Tomato paste 30 Ounce (About Five 6 Ounce Cans)
  Canned whole tomatoes 1 3⁄4 Pound (About 1 Pound 12 Ounce)
  Red wine 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Ounce, chopped
  Dried basil 2 Tablespoon
  Marjoram 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole black peppers 3
  Dried chile peppers 4 , crushed
  Dried mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Spaghetti 1 Pound, cooked (1 Package)

Brown the steak chunks and ground beef in the salad oil in a large frying pan; remove from pan.
In the same pan, saute the garlic and onions until golden, remove from pan.
Then cook the pepper and celery until tender.
Return these cooked ingredients to the pan and add tomato paste, whole tomatoes with liquid, wine, parsley, basil, oregano, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, black peppers, and chile peppers.
Cover pan and simmer for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add mushrooms; simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours more.
Pour over cooked spaghetti.
