Savory Spaghetti Casserole
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Condensed tomato soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Shredded sharp process cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Spaghetti||1⁄2 Pound, cooked, drained|
Cook beef, onion, and green pepper in butter until meat is lightly browned and vegetables are tender; stir to separate meat particles.
Add soups, water, and garlic; heat.
Blend with 1/2 cup cheese and cooked spaghetti in a 3 quart casserole; top with remaining cheese.
Bake in a 350° oven 30 minutes or until bubbling and hot.
