Healthy Choice Italian Meatballs In Spaghetti Sauce

  Ground beef 1 Pound (Healthy Choice Brand)
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Italian seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg whites/1 egg lightly beaten 2
  Spaghetti sauce 26 Ounce (1 Jar, Healthy Choice Brand)

Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, cheese, seasoning, salt, pepper and egg whites in large bowl just until combined.
Form into meatballs (each about 1 1/2 inches in diameter).
Heat spaghetti sauce in large saucepan over low heat to a simmer.
Drop meatballs into sauce; cover and cook 20 minutes or until heated through.
