Spaghetti And Bacon Toss
|Zucchini||1 Small, sliced|
|Green onions||4 , chopped|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Canned white sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Uncooked spaghetti||8 Ounce, cooked and drained according to package directions|
|Low salt bacon slices||12 Ounce, cooked crisp and crumbled (1 Package, ArmourÂ®)|
|Fresh tomato||1 Large, seeded and chopped|
Spray medium saucepan with nonstick cooking spray; place over medium heat.
Add zucchini and green onions; cook and stir until tender.
Combine yogurt, white sauce and milk in small bowl; add to vegetables.
Cook until heated through and mixture steams.
Toss warm spaghetti with bacon; top with sauce.
Garnish each serving with chopped tomato.
