Ingredients
  Zucchini 1 Small, sliced
  Green onions 4 , chopped
  Plain non-fat yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Canned white sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Uncooked spaghetti 8 Ounce, cooked and drained according to package directions
  Low salt bacon slices 12 Ounce, cooked crisp and crumbled (1 Package, Armour®)
  Fresh tomato 1 Large, seeded and chopped
Directions

Spray medium saucepan with nonstick cooking spray; place over medium heat.
Add zucchini and green onions; cook and stir until tender.
Combine yogurt, white sauce and milk in small bowl; add to vegetables.
Cook until heated through and mixture steams.
Toss warm spaghetti with bacon; top with sauce.
Garnish each serving with chopped tomato.
