High Protein Soya Milk
Soak soybeans in 8 cups water for 16 hours. If weather is hot refrigerate soaking soybeans. Drain soybeans and discard soaking water. In large saucepan dissolve baking soda in 8 cups fresh water add drained soybeans and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes
