Healthy Baked Soybeans

Ingredients
  Soybeans 4 Cup (64 tbs), cooked
  Onion 1 , grated
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Celery and tops 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Molasses 3 Tablespoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon, minced
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Summer savory 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bacon slices 4 , broiled and minced
  Tomato juice 2 Tablespoon (Quantity As Required)
Directions

Mix all ingredients except bacon and tomato juice.
Turn mixture into oiled casserole.
Cover with bacon bits.
Cover casserole and bake at 350° F., 1 3/4 to 2 hours, adding tomato juice from time to time, as needed.
Uncover casserole for last 30 minutes of baking.
