Healthy Baked Soybeans
|Soybeans||4 Cup (64 tbs), cooked|
|Onion||1 , grated|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , chopped|
|Carrot||1 , grated|
|Celery and tops||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||3 Tablespoon, minced|
|Summer savory||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Bacon slices||4 , broiled and minced|
|Tomato juice||2 Tablespoon (Quantity As Required)|
Mix all ingredients except bacon and tomato juice.
Turn mixture into oiled casserole.
Cover with bacon bits.
Cover casserole and bake at 350Â° F., 1 3/4 to 2 hours, adding tomato juice from time to time, as needed.
Uncover casserole for last 30 minutes of baking.
