|Stock||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soybeans||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked|
|Celery stalk with leaves||2 , chopped|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Buckwheat||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
Blend all ingredients except buckwheat in food blender until smooth.
Combine with buckwheat.
Turn into oiled ring mold and bake at 350Â° F. for 45 minutes.
Unmold and serve.
