Ingredients
  Stock 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Soybeans 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Celery stalk with leaves 2 , chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄4
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley sprigs 1
  Buckwheat 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
Directions

Blend all ingredients except buckwheat in food blender until smooth.
Combine with buckwheat.
Turn into oiled ring mold and bake at 350° F. for 45 minutes.
Unmold and serve.
