Basic Soybean Filler

Ingredients
  Soybeans 1 Cup (16 tbs), dried
  Stock 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Soak soybeans in stock and refrigerate overnight.
Drain beans.
Grind in food grinder with medium knife.
Place ground soybeans in pan with stock in which they were soaked.
Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Use this filler in bread dough, cereal, soup, meat, fish, fowl, vegetable or nut casseroles or loaves, stuffed tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, onions.
